Santalal is a Kenyan soap opera that airs on Citizen TV. It stars Faith Munini, Gerald Langiri, Desmond Elliot, Lydiah Gitachu and Blessing Lungaho.

Plot

Santalal, a young lady freshly graduated medical student arrives at Kujorok, a Masai undeveloped location in Kenya's Masai land in order to practice medicine in a dispensary that practically lacks medical practitioners. She has to face the over-conservative people, work overtime since she is the only doctor in the area and try to adapt to the hostile conditions in Kujorok. She thereafter meets a Nigerian, Kennedy Badmus who will break her heart.[1]

On 14 January 2015, Santalal made it debut and its pilot episode airing on Citizen TV at 7:30 P.M. It was later moved to Saturdays at 5 P.M to pave the timeslot to Makutano Junction.
