Elio Sasso Sant (born July 15, 1911, date of death unknown) was an Italian canoeist who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.

In 1936 he finished eighth in the K-1 10000 metre event. In the K-1 1000 metre he was eliminated in the first round.
