Marc Lotter is the director of strategic communications for the Donald Trump 2020 presidential campaign.[1] He was previously a "Special Assistant to the President" and "Press Secretary to Vice President Pence". Lotter is from Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University.
