Carl Peter Clausen Lindberg (January 28, 1904 – October 7, 1984) was a Danish boxer who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.

He was born and died in Copenhagen.

In 1924 he was eliminated in the second round of the light heavyweight class after losing his fight to Carlo Saraudi.
