Harold J. Cromer (June 21 - June 8, 2013) a vaudeville dancer and comedian known as Stumpy in the team Stump and Stumpy.[1]

Biography

He was born around 1925 in Manhattan and grew up in Hell's Kitchen and later Harlem. His father, William Cromer, was a railroad worker. His mother was Hattie Bell DeWalt. Both were from South Carolina.[1] He died on June 8, 2013 in Manhattan.[1]
