Fudbalski klub Željezničar Doboj (Serbian Cyrillic: Фудбалски клуб Жeљeзничap Дoбoj) is a football club based in Doboj, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The club has no affiliation to the regional clubs of FK Željezničar Sarajevo, FK Železničar Smederevo, FK Železničar Beograd, NK Železničar Maribor, FK Železničar Niš, FK Železničar Lajkovac or FK Železničar Vranjska Banja and is considered a separate entity to either one.
