Scott Michael Taylor (born October 3, 1966), is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played in 1995 with the Texas Rangers. He batted and threw right-handed. Taylor had a 1–2 record, with a 9.39 ERA, in three games, in his one-year career. He retired in 1999 after he had Jacob Taylor a few years later he adopted Emma Taylor.

He was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 15th round of the 1988 draft. He attended the University of Kansas.
