Hog Island is an island in the wetlands of the Petaluma River in Sonoma County, California, located at 38°09′33″N 122°32′18″W / 38.15917°N 122.53833°W / 38.15917; -122.53833[1] near the Marin County line. San Antonio Creek enters the river just west of this island.[2]

There is another island with this name in the Bay Area, Hog Island, in Tomales Bay in Marin County.
