The Peninsula Building in Manchester's Green Quarter

The Green Quarter is an area of Manchester, England, just north of the city centre between Cheetham, Strangeways and the River Irk[1]. Recently this area became home to thriving digital start-ups and e-commerce businesses such as the fast-fashion retailer I Saw It First[2] and the digital marketing agency One Day Agency[3]. The area is on the cusp of regeneration, with existing and new apartments alongside local breweries, gin distilleries and upcoming restaurants. Just 10 minutes walk from Victoria station, this area features some of the greenest residential gardens found anywhere in the city.
