Evy Leibfarth (born January 26, 2004)[1] is an American slalom kayaker. In 2019, she won the gold medal in the women's K-1 event and the silver medal in the women's extreme K-1 event at the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru.[2][3]

In 2019, she also competed at the 2019 World Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom Championships winning the gold medal in the junior extreme K-1 event and the bronze medal in the junior K-1 event.
