PIN–UP is a biannual English language independent architecture and design magazine based in New York City.[1] The subtitle of the magazine is "Magazine for Architectural Entertainment".[2] It was founded in 2006 by architect and writer Felix Burrichter.[3][4] He is also editor-in-chief of the magazine.[1] The first issue appeared in Fall 2006.[2] In 2015 Erin Knuston was named as the art director of the magazine.[1] It covers different themes in each issue.[1] The magazine has published interviews with major architects, including Zaha Hadid and Shigeru Ban.[2]
