Mohd Hamzani bin Omar (born 30 September 1978 in Johor, Malaysia) is a Malaysian footballer who is a defender. He is a former member of the Malaysia national football team.

He made international debut against Sri Lanka on 24 July 2007. He was selected to represent Malaysia during the 2007 AFC Asian Cup. He only played one match for Malaysia in the tournament against Iran.
