Sultan-Agha Khanum (Persian: سلطان آقا خانم, romanizedSoltān-Āqā Xānum) was a Safavid queen consort of Circassian origin, as the second wife of Safavid king Tahmasp I (r. 1524–1576). She married Tahmasp I sometime before 1548, and was the sister of the Safavid-Circassian noble Shamkhal Sultan, as well as the mother of princess Pari Khan Khanum and prince Suleiman Mirza (b. 28 March 1554, Nakhchivan).[1][2][3]
