Khun Chaiya (active between 1860 and 1916) was a royal court photographer in Siam (now Thailand).

Between 1860 and 1879, Chaiya photographed the ruins of the Utthayan Prawattisat Phimai (also known as Prasat Hin Phimai) temple in what is now Phimai Historical Park, Phimai, Thailand.
