The Recording Industry Association (Singapore), or RIAS is an organisation of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry that represents the music industry in Singapore. The organisation was founded in 1976 as the Singapore Phonogram Association (RPA).[1]

Sales certificates

RIAS awards certificates for music records in Singapore based on sales. Until 2006, there were different requirements for singles and albums; since 2007, the same requirements apply for all releases.[2] The levels are:
