The 1958 Pepperdine Waves football team represented George Pepperdine College[note 1] during the 1958 NCAA College Division football season.

Pepperdine competed as an Independent in 1958. The team was led by fourth-year head coach John Scolinos and played home games at El Camino Stadium on the campus of El Camino College in Torrance, California. They finished the season with a record of one win and seven losses (1–7).
