Shailendra Mahato (also spelled Sailendra Mahato and Shailendra Mahto) is an Indian politician. He represented twice[1] as a Member of Parliament from Jamshedpur.[2][3]

He is the author of Jarkhand ki Samargathan.[4]

He is married to Abha Mahato, also a politician.[5]

He joined Indian National Congress on 28 February, 2019 ahead of Lok Sabha Election due to be held in May 2019[6].
