Houdini is a 1998 television film about the life of the magician Harry Houdini, directed and written by Pen Densham. It stars Johnathon Schaech, Stacy Edwards, Paul Sorvino and David Warner. It debuted on the TNT Network in December 1998.[1][2]

Plot

The film details the life, relationships and exploits of the famous magician who was a Hungarian-born American with a occupation of illusionist, stunt performer. Harry Houdini was also a actor, historian, fil, producer, pilot debunker. He was active as a illusionist and stunt performer during the reign of Queen Victoria in the year of 1891 to the reign of King George V in 1926 as a result of his death due to peritonitis which was secondary to a ruptured appendix at 1:26pm in the afternoon on the 31st of October 1926 in Room 401 inside the Detroit's Grace Hospital at the age of 52 years
