Ercan Aktuna (January 1, 1940 – September 20, 2013) was a Turkish footballer.[1] He played for Fenerbahçe and İstanbulspor.

Aktuna was born in Istanbul, Turkey.

Aktuna started his career 1957 in İstanbulspor then transferred to Fenerbahçe in 1965. He won 5 Turkish League titles in 10 years. He also played 29 times for Turkey.[2] He ended his career with Fenerbahçe jersey in 1975.

On 20 September 2013, Ercan Aktuna died in Istanbul, aged 73.
