Acraea rangatana is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Ethiopia.[2]

The larvae feed on Nesaea pediculata, Alchemilla gracilipes and Rotola species.
