Axis Sally is an upcoming drama film directed by Michael Polish, based on Axis Sally Confidential, a book by William E. Owen. It stars Al Pacino, Meadow Williams, Thomas Kretschmann, Swen Temmel and Mitch Pileggi. The film began production in January 2019.[1]
Cast
- Al Pacino as James Laughlin, an attorney who represented Gillars after she was put on trial for treason.
- Meadow Williams as Mildred Gillars
- Thomas Kretschmann as Joseph Goebbels, the head of the Nazi propaganda machine.
- Mitch Pileggi as John Kelly, the prosecutor at Gillars's trial.[2]

Production
Principal photography for the film took place in Dorado, Puerto Rico in February 2019.[3]
