Dündar Bey (around ) was the youngest son of Kayi Bey Suleyman Shah, younger brother of Ertuğrul and the uncle of Osman I.

He was the youngest son of Suleyman Shah and Hayme Hatun.[citation needed] When his brother Ertuğrul died in 1281, the next leader of the Kayı tribe became Ertugrul's son Osman Bey, later known as the founder of the Ottoman Empire. When Osman decided to attack a small Greek island, Dundar rebelled because he thought it would destroy the tribe.not much is known about his death as some history books say osman stabbed him and some say osman had nothing to do with his death.
