Freckle Films is an American film and television production company founded by Jessica Chastain in 2016.[1]

History

In February 2016, it was reported that actress Jessica Chastain had launched the production company Freckle Films.[1] In May 2017, Kelly Carmichael was hired in the role of president of production and development. Carmichael, who had previously worked at Miramax and at The Weinstein Company as a production executive, and co-founded 375 pictures, a TV production company, oversees Freckle Films' stated intention to develop female talent.
