I Am Me is a mixtape by American rapper BlocBoy JB. It was released on June 14, 2019, by Collective Music Group and his label Bloc Nation.[1][2][3] The mixtape includes features from Moneybagg Yo and Lil Durk.

The mixtape was supported by two singles: "House Party" and "Mercedes".[4][5]

Release and promotion

Singles

  • "House Party" was released as the mixtape's first single on March 12, 2019, along with a music video.[6]
  • "Mercedes" was released as the mixtape's second single of May 23, 2019.[7]

Music videos

A music video for "Copy" was released on June 17, 2019.[8][9]

Critical reception

I Am Me received generally positive reviews from critics. An unnamed writer for The Double Cup said that BlocBoy's charisma "carried most of the tape", and that Memphis "should be happy about this one".[10]
