V. Sivankutty is an Indian politician from the state of Kerala, and a former member of the Legislative Assembly of Kerala representing the Nemom constituency. He is a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)) political party. He holds a degree in Law. He is the State Committee Member of C.P.I.(M), Thiruvananthapuram.
