Ally Charlotte Center is a 26-story office building under construction in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. When completed in 2021, it will stand at a height of around 427 feet (130 Meters). Each floor will have an open floor plan and average approximately 30,000 square feet in size[1] for a total of 742,000 square feet of space.[2] The site will feature a 350-room JW Marriott hotel, the first JW Marriott in North Carolina. The site will also include 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and an 8 story parking garage. Ally Financial leased 400,000 square feet of space in the building and plans to relocate all Charlotte based employees to the new building from 440 South Church upon completion in 2021.[3][4] The building is located on the former proposed site of Trump Charlotte.
