Martin Elliott (12 July 1946 – 24 March 2010)[1] was a British photographer, best known for the poster "Tennis Girl".

Elliott, an only child, was born into a middle-class family in Oldbury. He attended Oldbury Grammar School, then Loughborough College of Art. He met Noelle Bott in 1987, and was married to her from 15 February 1988 until his death. He was diagnosed with cancer in 1999,[2] and died of it in 2010 at his home in Pulla Cross, near Truro, Cornwall, aged 63.[3][4]
