History
Originally serving as a hotel, a fire in the 1980s led to the building being converted to condominiums. Currently, the first floor houses a bar while the others hold apartments.[2] The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and the State Register of Historic Places in 1989.[3] Additionally, it is located within the East Wilson Street Historic District.
