Paolo Buonfiglio (Prato, 28 January 1995) is an Italian rugby union player. His usual position is as a Prop and he currently plays for Zebre in Pro14 and for Mogliano in Top12, on loan.[1][2]

In 2014 and 2015, Buonfiglio was named in the Italy Under 20 squad and in 2016 and 2017 he was named in the Emerging Italy squad.[3]
