César Ernesto Ritter Burga (born in Lima, Peru on 31 August 1979) is a Peruvian actor. He has played "Lalo" Chávez in One Thousand Jobs, Nicolás Bingley/Rita in Rita and I and the recurrent role of Manolo López in the television series Al Fondo Hay Sitio.

Biography

He studied at the Alexander von Humboldt German school in Lima.[citation needed]

Ritter was involved in casting and directing a number of television series, such as One thousand jobs[1] and Plop and Flynn.[2]
