The Roman Catholic Diocese of Ekwulobia is a diocese located in Anambra State in the ecclesiastical province of Onitsha in Nigeria.

The first Bishop of Ekwulobia, Peter Ebere Okpaleke, was installed on 29 April 2020.[1]
