Vivan Mariner "Squee" Allen (September 9, 1916 - August 15, 1995) was a Canadian ice hockey right winger who played for several teams over a 12-year career.

Allen reached the height of his career in 1940, when he played six games for the New York Americans of the National Hockey League. He spent the rest of his career in the minor leagues, mostly with the Pittsburgh Hornets of the American Hockey League. He was also the brother of fellow professional ice hockey player George Allen.
