Ilmar Kullam (15 June 1922 in Tartu – 2 November 2011 in Tartu) was an Estonian basketball player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1952 Summer Olympics. He trained at VSS Kalev in Tartu.[1]

He was a member of the Soviet team, which won the silver medal. He played all eight matches.[2]
