Shay Segev is a British businessman, and the chief executive (CEO) of GVC Holdings, a gambling company based in the Isle of Man, since July 2020.

In July 2020, Segev, GVC's chief operating officer (COO), succeeded Kenny Alexander as CEO following his "surprise departure" after 13 years in charge.[1]
