Silver medal – second place 2016 Rio 100 m backstroke S11

Cai Liwen is a Chinese Paralympic swimmer.[1] She represented China at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and she won the silver medal in the women's 100 metre backstroke S11 event.[1]

In 2018, she competed at the 2018 Asian Para Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia. She won one gold medal and one silver medal.
