Edward Cahill (birth unknown) is an English former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1950s. He played at representative level for Great Britain and England, and at club level for Vine Tavern ARLFC (in St. Helens), Liverpool City and Rochdale Hornets, as a fullback, i.e. number 1.

International honours
