Erik Walsh is the City Manager of San Antonio, Texas, having served in the position since March, 2019.

Personal life and education

Walsh was born in San Antonio and attended Trinity University, receiving a BA and MS degrees.[1][2] He is married and the father of two children.[3]

Career

He worked for the city of San Antonio since 1994, and served as deputy city manager immediately preceding his assumption of the office of city manager on March 1, 2019.[3][4]
