The Daily Gazette is an independently owned daily newspaper published in Schenectady, New York.[1]

History

Judith Patrick became editor of the newspaper in 2012. She is the first woman to have the position.[2] The board of directors appointed John DeAugustine as publisher in 2013.[3]

In December 2019, the Gazette Company acquired the Amsterdam Recorder, along with two of its weekly newspapers: The Courier-Standard-Enterprise and Fulton County Express.[4]
