Élisabeth Moreno (born 20 September 1970) is a French-Cape Verdean businesswoman who was vice-president and managing director for HP South Africa, previously president of Lenovo France.[1] On 6 July 2020, she was appointed Minister Delegate for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, attached to the Prime Minister Minister in the government of Prime Minister Jean Castex.[2][3]
