Frank W. "Dutch" Ulrich (November 18, 1899 – February 11, 1929) was a Czech-American professional baseball player who played three season for the Philadelphia Phillies from 1925 through 1927.

František (Franz) Ulrich was born in Wiener Neudorf, Austria, the third child to Czech migrants Václav Ulrich (1868-1900) from Horní Lhota and Josefa Sedláková (1875-1918) from Čermná.[1] His father died when he was less than a year old so his family returned to Bohemia.[2] There, his mother supposedly remarried to Martin Hacker and the family moved separately to Baltimore, Maryland. Uhlrich died there at the age of 29. He is buried at the Bohemian National Cemetery.
