Anastasiya Prenko (born 12 March 1993 in Ashgabat) is a Turkmen former tennis player.

Prenko has won one doubles title on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 3 May 2010, she achieved her career-high singles ranking of world No. 536. On 24 October 2011, she peaked at No. 529 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for Turkmenistan at the Fed Cup, Prenko has a win–loss record of 24–15.
