Mohammad Saqib Bhatti[3] MBE MP (born 18 June 1985) is a British Conservative Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Meriden since the 2019 general election.[4]
He graduated in 2007 with a degree in law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an accountant by profession.[5]
Bhatti is of Pakistani ancestry.[6] He was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2020 New Year Honours "for services to diversity and inclusion in the business community", while he was President of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.[7]
