University of Agriculture Dera Ismail Khan is a public sector university located at Dera Ismail Khan city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan. Its conceptual plan was laid by the Government of the Pakistan

Overview and history

University of Agriculture Dera Ismail Khan is established by Government of Khyber Pakhtunwa in October 2017.[1] It was originally a faculty of Agriculture in Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan.[2] The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has now upgraded the department into full-fledged university in October 2017.[1][3][4][5][6]
