Nature Conservancy (UK)

The Nature Conservancy was a British government agency established by Royal Charter in 1949. It established a small network of research stations, which became sites for significant basic and applied ecological research.[1]
The Nature Conservancy was superseded by the Nature Conservancy Council in 1973.
