The 2020 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders football team will represent Middle Tennessee State University in the 2020 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Blue Raiders will play their home games at the Johnny "Red" Floyd Stadium in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and compete in the East Division of Conference USA (CUSA). They will be led by fifteenth-year head coach Rick Stockstill.

Previous season

The Blue Raiders finished the 2019 regular season 4–8, 3–5 in CUSA play to finish in fifth in the East Division. They were not invited to play in any post season bowl game.

Schedule

Middle Tennessee announced its 2020 football schedule on January 8, 2020.[2] The 2020 schedule consists of 6 home and 6 away games in the regular season.

The Blue Raiders had games scheduled against Duke, Indiana State, Old Dominion, UConn, and Virginia Tech, which were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[3][4][5][6]
