The discography of the South Korean singer Lee Tae-min (most often credited as Taemin), consists of three studio albums (one of which was re-released under a different title), five extended plays, fifteen singles (including one as featured artist) and five appearances in soundtracks.
Taemin released his first extended play, entitled Ace on August 18, 2014, along with its title track "Danger".[1] On February 23, 2016, he released his first studio album, entitled Press It, featuring the title track "Press Your Number".[2] It was the number one album sold on Hanteo and Synnara charts during its first week,[3] in addition to selling more than 76,000 copies in its first month in South Korea.[4] "Press Your Number" debuted at number 79 on the Japan Hot 100, the first song by Taemin to appear on the chart.[5] On July 27, 2016, released his first Japanese mini-album, entitled Sayonara Hitori, including 4 new songs and "Press Your Number" (Japanese Version).[6] The album sold more than 38,000 copies on the first day of release, and shot up to third place on the daily albums charts in Japan.[7] Released his second Japanese mini-album, titled Flame of Love, on July 18, 2017.[8] After the release, the album immediately ranked #1 on Japan's daily albums charts, selling more than 45,000 copies.[9] Taemin released his second studio album, Move, on October 16, 2017.[10] On November 10, he released the song "Thirsty (OFF-SICK Concert Ver.)" for the Station project.[11] On December 10, 2017, Taemin released the repackaged album Move-ing with the title track "낮과 밤 (Day and Night)".[12]
His first Japanese studio album (and third overall), titled as his mononym, Taemin, was digitally released on November 5, 2018,[13] with physical release on November 28 of the same year.[14] To promote the album three singles were released: "Eclipse", "Mars", and "Under My Skin".[15] Taemin released his second extended play in Korean (and fourth in total), titled Want, on February 11, 2019.[16] On August 4, 2019, their third EP was released in Japanese (fifth in total), entitled Famous.[17] The physical version of the EP was released days later, on August 28, selling over 41,000 copies on its first day of sales.[18]
