WOCQ (103.9 FM) is an American radio station in the Delmarva region of Maryland. The station is licensed to Berlin, Maryland, although its studios and main offices are located in the larger nearby city of Salisbury. The station broadcasts a Mainstream Top 40 format branded as OC104.

Its transmitter tower stands 348 feet (106.1 meters) and is located in Whaleyville.

On April 3, 2017, WOCQ-HD2 launched an oldies format, branded as "Kool Oldies 104.3 & 105.1", simulcasting on translators W282AW 104.3 FM Salisbury and W286BB 105.1 FM Ocean City.[9] It features Annie Day, Hunter Landon and Chuck Miles during the day, with Dick Clark, Wolfman Jack and Greatest Hits USA on weekends.
