DXBY, known as 89.9 Brigada News FM, is a news and music FM radio station owned and operated by Brigada Mass Media Corporation in Zamboanga City. Operates broadcasts daily 24 hours a day except on Mondays where it signs off at 12:00 MN to Sign on Monday 4:00 AM. except Holy Week of each year signs off at 3:00 PM of Good Friday to Black Saturday and resumes broadcasting at 4:00 AM of Easter Sunday. Its studios are located at Mayor Vitaliano Agan Avenue, Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City; while its transmitter is in Sitio Muruk, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.[1]

Before Brigada News FM's transfer from 93.1 since 2015, DXBY was known as Bay Radio 89.9 (then owned by Baycomms Broadcasting Corporation, prior to its merger with Brigada in 2013).
