Benki Birugali (Kannada: ಬೆಂಕಿ ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿ) is a 1984 Indian Kannada film, directed by Thiptur Raghu and produced by Smt H. V. Sowbhagya. The film stars Vishnuvardhan, Shankar Nag, Jayanthi and Jayamala in the lead roles. The film has musical score by M. Ranga Rao. This movie was remake of Gulzar's Mere Apne which itself is a remake of Bengali film Apanjan .[1][2]
