The Communist Party of Swaziland is a Swazi communist party founded on 9 April 2011. It was banned almost immediately after its foundation by the country's king, Mswati III, and operates in exile from Kamhlushwa, South Africa.[2][3]

The party claims to be democratic, non-racist and non-sexist. It aims to, among other things, give all political parties in Eswatini legal status, end the current monarchy and safeguard workers' rights to organize and unionize.[4]
